It was so frustating to have all these places to see but so little time. We visited everything we could in 4 days and went to the Louvre twice! Don't miss Quai Branly museum, a tribute to the diversity of human culture, we loved it. Paris est magnifique!

You're right! Quai Branly museum is featuring the indigenous art and cultures of Africa, Asia, Oceania, and the Americas. Excellent suggestion for those who saw Miss Mona Lisa several times! Thank you for your feedback Lisa.

Just returning from our trip to Paris! Absolutely fantastic and we're already planning to come back in September via London. This pass, among others bought thru this website, was incredibly handy. We recommend it!

We received them promptly

Reviewed on 09 May 2016 from Certified Customer (Paris Museum Pass)

We decided to have them delivered to our home prior to our departure since we were renting an apartment in Paris. We received them promptly. The museum pass is a smart-folded document listing all participating museums with practical information. I would say it was nice to have them before to plan things ahead. Respecting our visit plans on site was another story but we highly recommend this pass and this website, reliable and friendly. Merci.

Great if you want to see the many sites; unfortunately, we spent most of the trip walking and visiting the neighborhoods, so we didn't actually use it as much as we planned. Those times we used it, though, the pass was worth the money.

Great deal

Reviewed on 26 Apr. 2016 from Certified Customer (Paris Museum Pass)

Couldn't get all the advantages of the pass because of lack of time, still a great deal, no need to worry about queues and ticketing. You can't visit Paris in just two days! Impossible, what a waste, we promise to stay much longer next time.

Reply from Concierges Desk

I agree, you can't visit much, you have to come back! Thank you Philip.

Some cut the line issues

Reviewed on 14 March 2016 from Certified Customer (Paris Museum Pass)

Returning from France, what a fantastic city... For sure wounded because of some bastards but I can say that we felt safe at all time with enhanced security everywhere we went. Now, talking about the museum pass, it was good to have but a little disappointed that the cut the line rule didn't work at Saint Chapelle, but at your discharge since I'm the one who misread information you provided. I also just read your statement about this place on your website. Overall positive experience with a great customer service, merci.

Thank you so much Lester for such a nice and objective review. Yes, Paris is recovering after last November dramatic events because Paris is just like its great history, something that nobody can stain or stop. We're glad you enjoyed your museum pass.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • QuestionWhat are the advantages of ordering online Paris museum pass?
  • Answer: First, reduce stress and don't waste your time in line to buy one. Second, the passes are delivered to Paris by special messenger a few days prior to your arrival, just waiting for you (delivery guaranteed). Third, you get 30 days free access to French lessons, incroyable!

  • QuestionCan I use a two-day pass on Monday, then again on Thursday?
  • Answer: No, passes are valid for consecutive days only, beginning with the first day you use them (not from the date of purchase or delivery). They don't have dates printed on them.

  • QuestionIs the Eiffel Tower included in the pass?
  • Answer: No, you must buy separate tickets directly at the Eiffel Tower because they need to control the flow of visitors. Tip: There's a smart way to get Eiffel Tower tickets with this tour.

  • QuestionWhat's included exactly at Versailles Castle?
  • Answer: The museum pass includes access to all tours at the Palace of Versailles, open according to the season ( "Grands Appartements", Hall of Mirrors, King's Bedchamber, Queen's Bedchamber, Dauphin and Dauphine apartments as well as those of Louis XV's daughters - weekends only - exhibitions, Trianon Castles and Estate of Marie-Antoinette) and the audio tours. Please note that the Fountain Show and musical gardens are NOT included in this pass. To visit the gardens and the Fountain show, please go here if you didn't order a ComboPass® Premium or add it as an Add-On from the ComboPass® page while placing your order.

  • QuestionWhat if the hotel doesn't have our envelope?
  • Answer: If there's a problem, it's resolved very fast since delivery is tracked to the destination. A toll-free number is listed on your order confirmation for assistance in English.

  • QuestionWhat about museum passes for children?
  • Answer: Children under 18 are admitted free to museums. Just show your adult passes and take your children in with you.

  • QuestionAre some museums free the first Sunday of the month?
  • Answer: Yes, that's correct, but I would certainly choose another date to visit museums because there's no way to avoid queues, even for Museum Pass holders!

  • QuestionAren't museums free for those under 26?
  • Answer: Yes, some of them are. This is true for permanent exhibitions only at le Louvre, Orsay, Picasso, Marine Museum, Arc de Triomphe, Pantheon, and Notre-Dame de Paris Towers, BUT visitors between 18 and 25 must wait in line for a free ticket. This is required for statistics purposes.
