This is the second time I have booked Batobus through Conciergierie.com, and each time I have exchanged the voucher for tickets without a problem. Thank you!

The Concierge service is great, and the Batobus is a great way to see sights from afar. However, if you are planning to use this as a primary method of transportation to see sights, please note that this is likely not the quickest way to get about.

Fun, but only one day would have worked better. I really only used it twice.

Great as a means of getting from A to B. Great just to stay on and sightsee from the boat. Slightly reduced service when we went due to water levels of the river but clearly explained and not a problem.

I had two vouchers, one for 23, 16+people and another one for 39 people 15 or younger. It was nice to have bought these vouchers beforehand, in this way I didn't need to have so much money on me, it only took some time before the window clerk exactly knew what to do with it, but then things worked out well.
