La réservation en ligne, le changement de dernière minute parce qu'il n'y avait plus de places disponibles. Le suivi clientèle qui nous a téléphoné (!) pour nous joindre et nous dénicher d'autre dates... perfect, thank you !

The city tour before we reach the Eiffel tower was too short and just little information are being shared as we pass through the historic structures, and at Eiffel tower nothing is explained about the structure, its importance we are guided how to enter in and what to see next.

The Bus left too late, more than 15min. Bus was overbooked, the loudspeakers partly unclearly. Staff ok.

Everything on the tour was excellent, but again Conciergerie promises more than the product delivers. Just as an example your web site lists Invalides to the tour, but that was not included.

My son aged (5)loved the children's commentary on the bus. Glad we booked with the tour to go up the tower as the queues were horrendous.
Question: Are we allowed to get into the bus with our luggage?
Answer: Our vehicles are not equipped to store clients suitcases. Still, there is tolerance about bags, handbags and, in general, whatever you can place over your legs while seated. We are not authorized to keep luggage in the agency since we must comply the government rules at this respect (i.e., the 'Vigipirate' plan).
Question: Are your tours wheelchair friendly?
Answer: Some of our tours are accessible by people in wheelchair or with reduced mobility, as long as they are able to board a motorcoach by themselves and the wheelchair can be foldable.
Question: Are toilets available?
Answer: There are no toilets in our bus terminals, neither in the coach.
Question: What is the dress code?
Answer: Both comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended. Moreover, you should plan your clothes just in case it rains or it gets colder than normal.
Question: What about food during the tour?
Answer: This tour includes no meals.
Question: In which language(s) do we operate this tour?
Answer: Tours do not require a choice of a language, but audio commentary is available in 11 languages (French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin), Dutch, Russian, and Czech).
