Stops: Auber, Grands Boulevards, Bonne nouvelle, republique, Gare de l'Est, Montmartre Sacré Coeur, Moulin Rouge, Trinité.
Question: Do I have to choose a line when purchasing an OpenTour pass?
Answer: No. The pass is valid on all four of our bus lines.
Question: Can I get on and off the bus?
Answer: Yes, you can get on and off as you wish.
Question: Is the pass valid for 24 hours?
Answer: No, the pass is not valid for 24 hours. If you buy a one day pass at noon, for example, you can use it until the end of the service (same day).
Question: Is there a ticket for a half day or for a two hour tour?
Answer: No, we only provide 1 or 2 day passes.
Question: Do you operate on Sundays and holidays?
Answer: Yes, our tours operate 7 days a week.
Question: Do I have access to public transport (bus or underground) with the OpenTour pass?
Answer: No, our passes are only valid on L'Opentour lines.
Question: Will there be a commentary?
Answer: Yes, commentaries are provided in 10 languages (English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian, Russian, Chinese and Japanese). A set of headphones will be given for free.
Question: Should I return the headphones after the tour?
Answer: No, you can keep them.
Question: How do I recognize the bus line or ligne?
Answer: There is a square on the windscreen which indicates the colour of the line.
Question: Can I get on the bus with my pet?
Answer: It depends on the size of your pet. We only allow small pets in a basket or a travel bag and guide dogs.
Question: Can a person in a wheelchair get on the bus?
Answer: Our buses can accomodate any person in possession of a folding chair who is able to occupy an available seat on board.
Question: Do I have to use my two day pass on consecutive days?
Answer: Yes, the days must be consecutive.
Question: I have a 3 year old child, does he need a ticket?
Answer: No, admission is free for children under 4 years of age.
Question: Does the OpenTour pass give me access to the museums?
Answer: No. The pass is valid only for L’OpenTour Paris buses.
