Batobus takes you to the heart of Paris, to reach the various quarters of the capital. With 9 stops on the route, Batobus shows you a different view of Paris and is an original way of getting around in Paris. 

Batobus stops at 9 locations close to Paris main districts and monuments: Eiffel Tower, Musée d'Orsay, St-Germain-des-Prés, Notre-Dame, Jardin des Plantes/Cité de la Mode et du Design, Hôtel-de-ville, Louvre, Champs-Élysées and Beaugrenelle. 

The pass is available for either 1 or 2 consecutive days from the first day of usage (calendar days). Children under 3 years old will ride for free and children rate above will apply for those between 3 and 15 years old.

There is no delivery fee since your voucher will be issued online. Just print it and redeem it at any of the 9 Batobus stops.

  • Answer: Yes you can. Your Pass allows you to get on and off at any stop you like, as often as you like.

  • Answer: The crew provides information about the main points of interest near the stops but this is not a guided visit.There is no commentary, remember Batobus is a public mean of transportation not a touristic shuttle service.

  • Answer: Pushchairs accepted on board are:

    • Small pieces of luggage items
    • Pushchairs : you are advised to fold them and ask the crew to place them at the front of the boat.
    • Bicycles if there is room and to within the limit of the space reserved for them in the bows.

  • Question: Can disabled people in wheelchairs board the Batobus?
  • Answer: Because of the many steps leading to the quays and/or the boats, only the Eiffel Tower stop has wheelchair access.
    NOTE: access to this stop is via a ramp that is also used by vehicles.

  • Question: Can I take a pet on board?
  • Answer: The following animals are allowed on board:

    • Guide dogs for the blind, with a harness
    • Dogs kept on a lead and wearing a muzzle
    • Small dogs kept in a bag

    Nevertheless, the crew reserves the right to refuse access to the boats to animals that may disturb or be a danger for other passengers.
